How quotation information is handled
AKIBEMAG uses the information submitted through this website to understand, assess and respond to business enquiries and quotation requests.
Information you choose to provide
The quotation form may collect organisation and contact details, requested products or services, quantities, specifications, delivery information, deadlines, tender references, preferred contact method and optional supporting documents. Please do not submit information that is not necessary for the request.
How it is used and protected
Submitted information is used to review the requirement, clarify missing details, prepare a response and maintain relevant business records. Quotation records are restricted to authorised administrators. Uploaded documents are stored outside the public media library and are not attached to outgoing email.
Retention
Website quotation submissions and their stored attachments are scheduled for deletion after 90 days. Information that becomes part of an agreed commercial engagement may be retained separately under the organisation’s applicable record-keeping process.
